Therefore, coffee, as a food product, cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been properly stored and not used.
Other products purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In order for us to refund or exchange an item, it must meet the following requirements:

Return shipping is paid by the customer. In case of confirmation of malfunction or poor quality of the product, we will refund the money for the product and compensate for the shipping costs.
